There is no way to accurately measure the life-changing benefits of a Spinnergy ride. Can you measure the excitement you feel when you see your favorite movie? Or the feeling of accomplishing something you couldn't do?
WHY ARE MY STATS IMPORTANT?
My Stats are a fun way to help you to achieve your personal best, ride after ride, without turning your workout into a same monotone routine.
We may not be able to measure the fun you are having at Spinnergy but we can help you measure your performance. That’s why we created My Stats. Once you enter your data into the My Stats system, you can track your performance both on the bike and off. Your personal data will be stored in a private online file so you can see your stats at any time. In special performance-focused classes like our spin classes, you will be able to see your ride stats to see Performance Metrics including heart rate, calories and more.
