ABS & CYCLE AT 6 AM!


 Our new 45min HIIT style class that combines both Abs and Cycle. This Tabata style training class will have you moving from bike to floor over 6 rounds of 8 intervals to keep the heart rate up continuously while focusing on both cardiovascular conditioning and strength building exercises where Core is the primary focus.

Expect tough efforts and minimal recovery time. Focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, calorie burn, and strength building. This class is perfect for those riders looking to challenge their agility, take their fitness up a notch and build a stronger core. The results will be improved posture, stability, and strength.
